How to track your shipment ?

  • When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email informing you. This email will contain a link to the carrier's website enabling you to track your parcel.
    The parcel tracking number and link to the carrier will also be available in the delivery information section in your account.


Incorrect address, problem with a delivery ?

  • For any problem with delivery, you can find a solution by contacting the carrier responsible for the transport, providing your parcel tracking number.
    You may also contact our customer service for information or help to find a solution for your delivery.


Which carrier is responsible for the delivery of my parcel ?

  • For France, French overseas territories and Corsica the standard delivery is carried out by La Poste Colissimo *. Express delivery is ensured by Chronopost * (Metropolitan France only, Excluding Corsica and French overseas territories).
    For international shipments, Standard or Express delivery is ensured by Fedex *.
