Delivery and shipping costs

At Humidor Station, we make a point of honor to bring a quality service, in particular on the preparation and the expedition of your orders. All our packages are shipped the same day for orders placed before 12:00 noon (for all items notified in stock, excluding orders placed on weekends and holidays).

Delivery in relay point

Humidor Station gives you the possibility to choose a delivery in relay point for some destinations in Europe. This type of delivery allows you to pick up your parcel at one of the numerous retailers of the partner network. You are informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email, with a collection period of 7 working days. The delivery in relay point is proposed in standard mode. You just have to choose a shop from the list by entering your postal code.

Some retailers are also open on weekends and/or closed on Mondays, please check the opening hours in the available list. Please note that your package will be kept for 7 working days from its reception in the relay point. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us. An identity document in the name of the buyer will be requested by the merchant.

Follow-up of the parcel
All our shipments are accompanied by a tracking number. Once your package is prepared by us and shipped, Humidor Station sends you an email with a tracking number link that allows you to follow the various stages of delivery of your package. By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to the website of the carrier you have chosen and will be able to see where your package is in its various stages of delivery.

DOM/COM and International delivery
For an international delivery, we propose you the carrier DHL or Chronopost. A delivery by La Poste Colissimo is also available according to the destinations.

Shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of your package.
The shipping costs are evaluated in your shopping cart and will also be indicated when choosing your carrier.

Please note that the delivery time is variable depending on the chosen carrier and the destination country.

The price of the items for shipping to countries outside the EU zone is indicated without taxes. For orders placed on Humidor Station and delivered in a country outside the EU zone, possible taxes and customs duties may be imposed when receiving your package. These customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the package.

We also inform our customers that international deliveries involve the possibility of control, inspection and opening of packages by customs authorities.
